Description
Private Sessions are a great way to learn the proper running or walking technique, to work on your technique or to get a refresher after a workshop. Private sessions can be tailored to your specific needs. In the sessions you can be guided through the running/walking techniques, work on specific running lessons or we can go for a run and work on the techniques during a run.
Sessions can be scheduled during evening or on weeks
Sessions will be conducted in the areas around Amherst, NS
Note that it will take at least two session to cover everything in the half day workshops.
